Why Choose Our Appartment?

The appartment has more the feel of a villa - you get the privacy, the outdoor space, security and great pool,
but without the bill


The Garden

it is very rare to get an appartment with a south facing garden and such stunning views


Sunbathe and dine outside with magnificicent views of Nice and the mediteranean

From the garden you can see the whole of Nice laid out below and the blue water stetching out to the horizon

To the east you can see the famous Cap d'Antibes, the cote d'azur's most exclusive address


The Pool

sunny and surrounded by the tropical plants of the mediterranean  - the best bit is that the pool is usually deserted

other residents work in Nice so it really is like having a private pool most of the time!






The Appartment

its about as big as studios get - 37m2

Sleeping - 2 single beds that can easily be pushed together, plus a proper double sofabed - i.e. not just a futon
lovely and cool for sleeping on balmy summer nights



Cooking/eating
fully equipped separate kitchen - newly installed this winter with marble floor tiles.
Dining table inside as well, though it doesnt rain often in Nice!

Entertainment in English
Not fluent in French - no problem - you can watch English terrestrial TV, listen to Riviera Radio, broadcast from Monaco in english.
The are also plenty of english books in the flat to keep bookworms busy!

Washing
Separate Bathroom with Bath/Power shower, basin and WC. There is also washine machine

Parking
Thinking of driving or hiring a car? No problem - dedicated secure parking space - entrance through electric locking gates
